Skip Tracing involves tracking down a subject, for example missing persons, absent debtors, or witnesses (actual and potential) for a court hearing.
We use a variety of methods such as searching paid private databases and public databases; contacting the subject's friends, family, neighbours and employees; and using OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) tools to build a picture of a subject's online activity and presence.
Our "no hit, no fee" policy means if we cannot find the subject, there is no charge.
Case Study 1: An international company needed to locate a former executive who had absconded with proprietary data. SKA tracked the individual to a remote overseas location, enabling the client to take legal action and recover their assets.
Case Study 2: A law firm required assistance in locating a witness crucial to an ongoing litigation case. SKA’s expertise in skip tracing led to the witness’s location within days, enabling the legal team to proceed with a strong, timely case.
