A Threat Assessment is an evaluation of events that can adversely affect operations and/or specific assets. A Threat Assessment will do the following:
Identify any relevant actual, inherent and potential threats
Determine the seriousness, potential harm and probability that the threats will become a reality
Develop plans to intervene, interrupt, prevent and/or mitigate the threats and potential harm
Develop plans to address any underlying issues
Develop a monitoring and evaluation plan that puts control of the situation back into the hands of the client
Case Study 1: A high-net-worth individual who received anonymous threats hired SKA for a security assessment. We identified vulnerabilities in social media exposure and residential security, allowing the client to implement new protocols for a safer environment.
Case Study 2: A prominent public figure engaged SKA after receiving alarming threats. Our team assessed both online and physical risks, uncovering a disgruntled former associate behind the threats. With our guidance, the client was able to obtain a restraining order and strengthen security measures.
