TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE- MEANS IT ISN'T TRUE.
Clients request background investigations to ensure the person they are hiring, entering into a relationship with, or partnering up with in business is actually who they say they are. It goes to establish truth and credibility as well as verifying skills and experiences.
A basic background check will investigate various criteria such as previous employment, education & training, criminal records, motor vehicle and license record checks, credit history and social media behaviour.
A more in-depth background investigation will examine areas such as neighbours and close associates, criminal behaviour or links, personality profiling, overseas travel history and residential history.
